My approach to cooking is absolute: utilize local, seasonal ingredients of the highest quality whenever possible, together with traditional and innovative methods of preparation and cooking from highly organized catering to primitive methods.

Scott Nechay is based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He began his Culinary journey over 25 years ago on the service side of the industry in Chicago. His experience has included restaurants, hotels, private clubs and catering in Chicago, Nashville and New York City. His longing for the mountains and rivers guided him to Wyoming in 2003, where he has refined his skills as a private chef, and followed his dream to become a professional fly fishing guide.
