An experience that combines Blue Ribbon fishing and exquisite meals

My guided trips allow you to enjoy the serenity of fishing some of our planet's most beautiful waterways. From breakfast, to gear, to the wine pairing at dinner, my team handles all of the details. When you are not casting, you are able to relax, learn and simply enjoy yourself.

Breakfast and prep

Chef Scott arrives early in the morning and cooks a wonderful breakfast in your kitchen to prepare you for the day ahead. You discuss where you will be going and what to expect from a weather and fishing standpoint and perhaps review fishing strategy. Breakfast ideas: eggs benedict, housemade crepes, local sausage or granola bar.

Once breakfast is complete and the group is ready to go, the team travels to the destination for the day. Upon arrival, gear is prepared, the boat is launched, the group is set up for a float trip in the drift boat or a walk/wade along the river bank and casting begins. Midday ashore, lunch will be set up. Lunch ideas include Lobster rolls with cucumber salad, Oysters in the half shell, Charcuterie platter, Mezze platter to name a few.

A Peaceful Dinner at Home

Finishing out the day fishing at your leisure, there is no need to rush back for a dinner reservation as Scott will have an exquisite meal prepped and waiting to be grilled, sauteed and served up hot. Dinner ideas: Waygu steaks and or trout with beurre blanc finished with the Chef’s twist on Bananas Foster or S’mores.

It’s a special luxury being served each meal, catching the actual fish for your dinner, and watching it be prepared by Chef Scott. His knowledge as a passionate fisherman and his talent as a chef makes for one of the most unique experiences that I have had.
